Exhibition

An exhibition has been scheduled during the 23rd ACRS within the premises of the Conference site, to facilitate exposition of the products and services related with Remote Sensing, Geographical Information System, Global Positioning System.

Related companies, organizations, institutions are invited to participate in the exhibition.

The exhibition will be opened from the afternoon of 25th November 2002 and will continue till the afternoon of the 29th November 2002.

The space will be made available to the exhibitors two days in advance (from 23rd Nov., 2002) to facilitate installation of their exhibition materials. All exhibitors are requested to vacate the exhibition stall by 1600 hrs on 29th November 2002.

The stalls are arranged in the Lhotse hall of the Birendra International Conference Centre (BICC) next to the Rock Garden. Site map of the Exhibition hall.

Stall size is of 3m x 3m dimension. Any exhibitor requiring more than the minimum stall size may reserve for multiple number of stalls.

The Conference will provide a table and two chairs.

Each stall will have one power outlet: 220V AC, 50 Hz.

Assignment of the stall will be at the discretions of the 23rd ACRS Organizing Committee.

The Conference will post the name of the exhibitor (as given by the exhibitor) along with the stall number on respective stall.
